Cancel a purchase

Have you bought Pura Vida and would you like to cancel the purchase? You can do so within 14 days of receiving the book, without giving a reason.

How it works

  1. Complete the form and click Cancel my purchase. You can also simply email w.bos@outofarea.nl.
  2. We will confirm receipt by email.
  3. Return the book within 14 days of your notification to Out of Area B.V., Geysselberg 41, 5856 BB Wellerlooi, the Netherlands. The cost of returning it is yours.
  4. We refund the full amount, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days of your notification. We may wait until we have received the book or you have shown that you have sent it back.
